Residents in South Windsor on the east side 2800 block Randolph Ave. Skyline Dr. and Grand Marais West were surprised when they received city notices telling them to remove fences, sheds and pools from their backyards that appeared to encroach upon a public alley.

According to a report by City order for pool removal leaves Windsor residents confused first appeared on Pool & Spa Marketing.
