Windsor residents left baffled by city order to remove sheds and pools

Residents on the east side of the 2800 block of Randolph Ave., Skyline Dr., and Grand Marais West in South Windsor were recently surprised to receive city notices instructing them to remove sheds, pools, and fences from their backyards, which seemingly encroach on a public alley.
