Your Pool Dreams Will Take You To Dubai

Let your imagination wander to Dubai if you have pool dreams. A new mega mansion is being built in Dubai’s Emirate Hills. The Persian Gulf is well-known for its extravagant and luxurious lifestyle. This mansion, which costs AED 349 million (US$95million), boasts a two-decker swimming pool as well as a host other amenities that span over 40,000 feet.

Leigh Borg is an executive partner of Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty. She says that the villa is a unique masterpiece that has been carefully designed and built for the perfect family home. XBD Interiors designed the contemporary villa. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and large reception rooms. The kitchen is equipped with high-end furniture and appliances.

The villa’s most distinctive feature is the pool. It is cantilevered above another pool below it. The main floor’s balcony is connected to the pavilion and the swimming pool via a nearly 38-foot long suspended glass bridge. A pool pavilion, outdoor showers and an al fresco cooking and dining area are just a few of the amenities found in the outdoor area.

The villa features 10 bedrooms, steam, sauna baths and a recreation area with a pool table. It also has a library, a cinema and a children’s playroom. The first floor has a soundproofed music area and the upper level boasts a stunning gym with beautiful views over the green.

This is not the only pool in Dubai that has been making headlines this Week. A Volante Dubai duplex worth $50 million is located in the Business Bay area. It’s a great example of luxury living in Dubai. FNP Architects designed the tower, which is 35 stories tall and offers breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa.

The villa in the sky is over 19,000 sq. ft. It has four bedrooms and boasts a lavish living space and a variety of luxurious amenities. You’ll be greeted upon your arrival at the penthouse’s lower floor by an open-plan living space with bifold glass doors measuring 26 feet that lead to the terrace. This allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The penthouse’s two building-length terraces span across two floors and feature a Mediterranean-inspired courtyard complete with a rooftop swimming pool. This space has the feel of a private garden, rather than a roof. The outdoor amenities offer extraordinary views. They include an infinity swimming pool with a view of Dubai’s skyline, ample seating, a firepit, an outdoor bar, dining area and loungers set within a private garden surrounded by lush trees. The penthouse’s most striking feature is its panoramic view, which stretches from Dubai’s landmarks to the pristine waters of the Persian Gulf.

We don’t blame either of these pools for giving you wanderlust. Dubai is known for its extravagant lifestyle and these properties are a prime example.
