Waterco appointed Jo Ainsworth, a veteran of the industry, as its chief commercial officer (CCO). She will be responsible for all aspects related to its export and commercial sales in Australia and New Zealand.
Ainsworth’s job is to devise and implement strategies that will achieve sales targets across both countries.
Bryan Goh, Waterco Group CEO, says that Ainsworth is passionate about the spa and pool industry.
He says that she brings with her a wealth in sales and business management experience from her early career with Certikin (part the Fluidra Group), and Waterco Europe where she was the export director before moving from the UK to Sydney.
Ainsworth has managed successful teams in Europe, India, and the Middle East. She is a strong relationship builder with specifiers and customers, and also develops revenue streams in the aquaculture, water treatment, and swimming pool markets. She has over 28 years of experience in the industry.
Ainsworth says, “I am thrilled to have been offered the opportunity with Waterco.”
