Texas Pools Continues Expansion With Acquisition of The Pool Man

Texas Pools Inc. announced today the acquisition of Tomball-based residential pool contractor and service company The Pool Man Inc. This marks the 2nd acquisition of a Houston area pool contractor by Texas Pools, following the acquisition of Woodland Texas-based pool contractor Custom Pool Concepts in 2019. 

“The Pool Man’s emphasis on pool service, and high-quality, high-value, low-maintenance swimming pools is the perfect complement to Texas Pools’ emphasis on unusual, creative and complex pool designs for greater Houston homeowners,” states Paul Oman, owner and CEO of Texas Pools Inc.

“This expands Texas Pools’ footprint further West, allowing both companies to continue serving the mid-level pool market in greater Houston with stunningly beautiful yet competitively priced backyard projects. It also positions The Pool Man to tackle more complicated and technically challenging projects. It’s really a match made in heaven.”
