RB Retail & Service Solutions will launch its EZ SHOP App in 2024, which allows customers to scan and go shopping within the store. The QR code can be easily placed at the entrance of the store, or at the cash register to download the app. The app is available to current customers who can login to their online account to see past transactions and orders, create shopping list and scan products as they move through the store. The app can be programmed to sync with discounts in the customer profile, and even with specials like BOGO. At the check-out, all scanned items will be displayed for payment. Shopping and checking out are made easy with this app. This app is the perfect way to increase customer loyalty in your outdoor living, pool and spa business.
