Fluidra Group tidies up non-operating entities

Fluidra Group decided to close several of its non-operating companies around the globe, including in Australia. These entities will be placed into voluntary liquidation as part of the process to close them.

Fluidra Australia Pty Ltd is one of the entities that is being wound up. This entity has never traded. Fluidra Group Australia has been the trading name of the merged entity since the Zodiac Group Australia & AstralPool Australia Pty Ltd merger in 2018.

Hurlcon Staffing Pty Ltd, Fabtronics Australia Pty Ltd are also being closed in 2023 (Fabtronics Australia Pty Ltd is now fully integrated into Fluidra Australia Pty Ltd).

Fluidra Group Australia is the legal entity that Fluidra operates as, according to company secretary Chanelle Marshall.

Please be assured that voluntary liquidation of these non-trading companies is an administrative decision designed to simplify the organisational structure and customer/supplier relationships.
