The annual Women in the Industry Walk is back this fall, uniting the pool and spa community in support of an important cause. Taking place in Norristown, PA on October 26th—and with virtual walk and bike ride options available—the event raises funds for Every Child a Swimmer, a program dedicated to drowning prevention and water safety.

This year’s proceeds will go even further: thanks to matching contributions from the NESPA Foundation and the Bill Kent Foundation, every donation will have four times the impact.

Two inspiring leaders have played a pivotal role in making this event a success: Sarah Garrahan, NESPA and PennJersey Chapter leader who helped found the Women in the Industry Program, and Casey McGovern, who leads the Every Child a Swimmer program at the International Swimming Hall of Fame after turning personal loss into a powerful advocacy mission.

Together with the industry community, they continue to expand the reach of this impactful event. To learn more or register, visit: WITI Walk/Run.
