Brunswick, New Jersey– Water Tech Corp, manufacturer of the original Pool Blaster, Volt and Precision battery-powered pool cleaners, is pleased to announce it has promoted Tamsir Ba to the position of Supply Chain and Operations Director for the company. Tamsir has worked with the company for the past five (5) years as an assistant to the VP operations and engineering. But after leading the company through a major ERP upgrade, Tamsir proved himself as a leader destined to take on more responsibility as Water Tech Corp continues its rapid growth in the industry. “Tamsir has transformed the supply chain and logistics for our company so we can now rapidly scale the business and take advantages of opportunities in the marketplace,” explained Guy Erlich, President of the company. “Tamsir is very hard working and knows how to lead and motivate others,” says Erlich. “He was able to impeccably transition our company to a new ERP system and get every department in the company behind the change which now saves us all time in our operations.”
As a result of Tamsir’s success in this very large undertaking, Tamsir has been promoted to the position of Supply Chain and Operations Director and is responsible for managing 10 people that report to him. “I am very pleased to have such a young, hardworking manager on our team,” explained Erlich.
