Thursday Pools, LLC, a fibreglass pool manufacturer based in Indiana, plans to expand its facility and integrate the recently acquired pool brand. Thursday Pools, LLC (Thursday), an Indiana-based fibreglass pool company, is set to expand its manufacturing facility and integrate a recently acquired pool brand.
The newly expanded facility was strategically designed to meet Thursday’s increasing demand for its products and services. The expanded facility, which includes 100 percent more office and production space, along with state-of-the art technology and enhanced operational capability, will allow Thursday’s to streamline and accelerate its manufacturing processes and continue to deliver high quality fibreglass pools throughout the U.S. The new expansion will be completed in 2024.
As part of Thursday’s growth strategy, it acquired the River Pools trademark and integrated this brand as well as key River Pools employees into its operations. The acquisition combined the strengths and expertise from both companies.
River Pools’ success in search engine optimization (SEO), and its wealth of industry knowledge and installation expertise have been successfully integrated to Thursday’s culture, manufacturing operations, and maximized the potential of mutual success for both brands.
Bill Khamis is the founder and CFO at Thursday. He says, “This expansion and successful integration of two brands are significant milestones for us.” The addition of River Pools prompted and required an investment in Thursday’s manufacturing facility. We are strengthening our position as the market leader by taking these steps and positioning ourselves to achieve even greater success. “We are excited by the new opportunities, enhanced capabilities and potential growth that these developments will bring.”
We were looking for a strategic partnership that would not only provide the manufacturing capacity to support our brand, but was also culturally aligned. The combination of strengths of the two companies came at a perfect time for River Pools. It will significantly accelerate our brand’s presence in the market,” says Jason Hughes. Hughes is the founder of River Pools.
