SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) has announced that it acquired Sunniland Corporation (also known as “Company”) today, a distributor for residential and commercial roofing products. The Company provides professional grade fertilisers to the landscape supply industry. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Tom Moore, who currently owns and operates Sunniland, is the company’s owner and operator. Sunniland, founded in 1884, has its headquarters in Sanford, Florida. The Company operates 22 branches in Florida and South Georgia. Tom and the other members of the Company’s leadership team will continue leading Sunniland’s dedicated employee base, under the existing Sunniland brand, to ensure continuity and consistency for employees, customers, and suppliers.
