Registration Now Open For 2025 Everything Under the Sun Expo

Registration for the 2025 Everything Under the Sun Expo (Expo), presented by the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA), is now open. This annual pool industry trade show will take place March 14 – 15 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The Expo, the largest pool show in the Southeastern region, was created in 1972 as part of FSPA’s mission of advancing the Florida swimming pool industry. Throughout its more than 50-year history, this cornerstone event for the pool and spa industry has seen various names and branding, including the Florida Pool & Spa Show and the Orlando Pool & Spa Show.

“The 2025 Everything Under the Sun Expo is a pivotal event in our effort to fulfill our mission to enhance and enrich the pool industry both in Florida and nationwide,” says Elizabeth McMurray, FSPA Chief Executive Officer. “This event is a celebration of where the pool industry is and where it is going. Through our education offerings, networking opportunities, and incredible roster of exhibitors, we are honored to serve as the hub of that growth mindset for the industry.”

The Expo will be held in West Hall E of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Specialty education courses begin as early as Tuesday, March 11. The Exhibit Hall will open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 14, with a grand opening ceremony taking place shortly before. The show is not open to the general public.

Education courses are a crucial aspect of the annual Expo, tallying 215 hours of learning through more than 60 sessions. Specialty courses that will be offered include the Florida Public Pool Specialist certification, the LP Gas Master Qualifier endorsed program, and courses from Genesis and Watershape University. Continuing education daily offerings begin Thursday, March 13, and continue through Saturday, March 15. Learning Labs for hands-on, product- specific training will also be held within the exhibit hall during hall hours.

The annual Expo is also known for its festive social activities. These begin with the FSPA Awards and After Party, which includes the annual Design Awards along with individual recognition of FSPA members from across the state’s 16 chapters. The FSPA Awards will be held Thursday, March 13 at Ole Red from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. An exclusive After Party will immediately follow from 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. This year’s theme is Pirate Caribbean Flair, and all attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to attend and dress either casual or in costume with their finest island and pirate flair. Tickets are $10 before March 1 and RSVP is required in advance for both the FSPA Awards and the After Party. Online ticket information is forthcoming, but any questions can be submitted by e-mailing [email protected]. Entrance is limited so RSVP early!

This year’s Friday Night Party will be held at the Cuba Libre on Friday, March 14 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m within walking distance from the show hotels. The evening will feature fabulous appetizers, an open bar, a cigar rolling station, and live entertainment. Indoor and covered outdoor space make this the perfect place for networking and fun. This is a private industry event and tickets are required. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $60 through the registration portal. Tickets may also be purchased on site at the FSPA booth during the Expo for an additional cost.

There will also be several opportunities to support the Florida Swims Foundation, FSPA’s charitable arm, at this year’s Expo:

“Swim For Life” License Plate – Visit the Florida Swims Foundation booth to learn how you can purchase an exclusive “Swim For Life” license plate, which funds swim lessons for children across the state of Florida.Image007

Scholarship Stride in memory of Brian Kelly – Support scholarship funding for industry dependent students while you walk around the Expo Hall! Stop by the Florida Swims Foundation booth, pick up a treasure-finding stamp card, and visit participating Exhibitor Sponsor booths. Return your completed card to the booth and be entered to win a prize – there’s a winner every day! Participation is free, but you can make an optional $35 donation to receive a commemorative Scholarship Stride t-shirt. The proceeds benefit the Margaret M. Brown Scholarship Fund, which provides educational scholarships to dependents of FSPA members.

The official host hotels are the Hyatt Regency, Rosen Centre, and the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center. All are within walking distance of the Exhibit Hall and are offering special rates for attendees.
