Ramuc: PSL Nitrile Rubber Based Sealant

Ramuc is proud to announce the launch of Ramuc PSL, a nitrile rubber caulking material specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of pool environments. This product offers a reliable and durable solution for sealing and repairing pools, ensuring long-lasting protection and maintenance.

PSL is a versatile caulking material, crafted to handle the unique challenges posed by pools. The company says its formulation is ideal for sealing expansion joints around the perimeter of pools, effectively accommodating the natural movement of pool structures caused by temperature fluctuations and water pressure. This ensures a watertight seal.

In addition to its sealing capabilities, the company says PSL excels at repairing cracks in pool walls, steps, and other vertical or sloped surfaces. The material’s composition allows it to be applied directly into cracks, even under wet conditions. Its non-sagging properties guarantee that repairs remain intact, maintaining the structural integrity of the pool.

According to Ramuc, PSL is also an excellent choice for sealing grout lines in tiled pools, particularly in areas prone to water intrusion or where traditional grouts may fail. It ensures a secure seal, preventing water damage and enhancing the longevity of tiled surfaces.

“Ramuc PSL nitrile rubber caulk is essential for our pool paint customers because it provides reliable sealing for vertical and angular joints, even in wet or cold conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance in areas that demand a flexible, weather-resistant solution,” says Marty Greenwell, Ramuc’s business development manager.
