Poolwerx has signed a franchise agreement that will convert eight Performance Pool & Spa franchises into Poolwerx franchises. This is a strategic move by Poolwerx to strengthen its presence in the U.S. Midwest.

This decision will increase the growth rate of the pool business. Tom MacNally is a professional who has worked in the pool industry for 15 years. He will be overseeing operations in the new Poolwerx locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. MacNally began his career in the pool industry when he was 15 years old. He has steadily advanced to his current position as the operations manager of all eight locations.

The conversion is a reflection of a strategic change driven by growth and efficiency. MacNally says that while Performance Pool & Spa has been growing independently, the collaboration will take the business to a new level. Poolwerx is known for its scalability, industry leadership and scalability.

Poolwerx franchisees achieved an impressive annual average revenue of $2.1M, according to the brand’s 2023 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Andrew Kidd, the North America CEO of Poolwerx, says that “our franchise partners are attracted to Poolwerx because its structured model and strategic support allows them to scale up their business efficiently.” We equip these entrepreneurs with the confidence and drive to navigate the complex pool industry. This franchise provides a comprehensive solution to the fragmented pool industry, giving potential franchisees a chance for a rewarding and lucrative business.

Poolwerx, in addition to providing a support system, aims to provide a seamless conversion, including new store layouts and paint colors, as well as signs, banners and designs.

Poolwerx offers a comprehensive software system as well as marketing tools and business planning resources. This company offers valuable resources to smaller businesses that may be difficult for them to access. The support provided includes financial advice, pricing strategies and services that enhance overall profitability and efficiency.
