Pool Troopers Acquires Prime Pool Service

Pool Troopers is a leading provider of pool maintenance and repairs. They have announced that they acquired Prime Pool Service in Austin, Texas, which is a highly rated pool service. Pool Troopers now has a larger service footprint in Texas, including the highly sought-after Austin market. This deal also brings together two industry experts known for their outstanding customer service and expertise with pool maintenance.

Mike Bernoski is the president and founder at Prime Pool Service. He says: “I hold Prime Pool Service as well as my team to high standards in terms of how we treat our customers and staff. I was concerned that our partner would keep the promises made. I found out quickly that Pool Troopers and I share similar values when I met them. “I know that my customers and team will both benefit from this transition.”

Mark Patton is the CEO of Pool Troopers. He says, “We have been impressed by Mike’s commitment to quality and philosophy regarding pool service since our first meetings. Mike has worked for the last 14 years to build a great company and a team. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Pool Troopers Family. This expansion is a significant step for our company, and we’re thrilled to expand in Texas.”

Prime Pool Service marks the 21st acquisition Pool Troopers completed since its partnership with Shoreline Equity Partners. Prime Pool Service will continue to provide the same level of service as Pool Troopers for its existing customers.
