Pool Troopers Acquires Guardian Pool Services & Repairs

Pool Troopers is a leading provider in pool maintenance, repair and service. They have announced their acquisition of Guardian Pool Services & Repairs (Guardian), a woman-owned, top-rated pool maintenance, repair and service company based out of Palm Beach County, Florida. Pool Troopers’ service offerings in Palm Beach will now include commercial and residential services.

“The transfer of ownership was carefully considered to ensure growth, service quality and the welfare our dedicated employees. This strategic move will ensure a smooth transition for employees and customers. Customers can expect to receive the same outstanding service that they are accustomed to. Guardian Pool Services & Repairs owner Eva Longobardi says that she is confident in the new owners commitment to employee wellbeing and excellence.

“Ms. Longobardi and the Guardian team have demonstrated an unmatched dedication to their client base. This commitment to excellence caught our eye and sparked the discussion of an acquisition. Mark Patton is the CEO of Pool Troopers. “We are excited to expand our presence in Palm Beach by integrating this team of pool experts into our company.

Pool Troopers completed its 22nd acquisition since joining forces with Shoreline Equity Partners. The Guardian team is joining Pool Troopers, and they will continue to offer the same high level of service for existing customers.
