Pleatco has announced the final winners of Perfect Pool Tech 2022, a contest co-sponsored annually by GENESIS and Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. Media partner AQUA Magazine also supported the contest. The contest recognizes the top pool service technicians in America.
Lemieux stated that he was overwhelmed by the honor and expressed joy at being awarded this award. Pleatco Perfect Pool Tech 2022 is an honor I take seriously. Every day, I will live up to the ideal. I do my best to share my passion for the pool industry through education, networking with customers, and learning from my peers. This is like winning Super Bowl.
Goss from North Charleston, South Carolina put in a lot of work to ensure his nomination reached the top of this list. Goss stated, “I am truly honored to be recognized for my hard work in an area that is more than just my job, but my passion.” I am proud to be able to share my knowledge and continue education in the pool industry with so many wonderful people.
Pleatco created additional awards this year at the contest. Pleatco’s general manager Seth Soltow said, “During our final interviews we were impressed at the caliber of a few individuals, and felt it was appropriate to recognize their outstanding achievements.” “In this spirit, we selected contestants to receive special awards based upon their contributions to their community and the spa and pool industry.
Kristine Blanchard, Hooksett, New Hampshire will be receiving the Pleatco Future Leadership Award 2022. She said, “I’ve been in the industry my whole life and to have my work recognized in such an important way is pretty amazing.” It is an incredible honour to have been awarded the Pleatco Future Leadership 2022 Award. I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity. I am grateful to all who helped me get to this point in my professional career. I hope that I have made you proud today.
Jason Scaramuzzi, Coventry, Rhode Island was thrilled to receive a major award. He said, “I am both honored and grateful to have been awarded the Pleatco Industry Achievement Award 2022.” This recognition is greatly appreciated and I want to thank all those in the industry with whom I had the pleasure of learning and working. This industry is still very much old-fashioned, but it is constantly evolving. I am grateful for the chance to further my education and challenge myself to improve the skills I already have.
Each of the major winners this year will be granted free enrollment into GENESIS’s C201: CONCRETEPOOLS or C260 : VINYL/FIBERGLASSPOOLS courses.
