In 2025 and 2026, this program will continue to offer a wide range of courses, seminars, and workshops designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and training to pool industry professionals. But there’s even more exciting details to look forward to! With bigger and better sessions, you’ll get hands-on training, insider tips, and product know-how that’ll take your pool skills to the next level.

Diving Deeper – What’s in It for You?

Pentair Pool University is the training engine behind Pentair’s network of pool and spa industry professionals. It’s where pros like you go to level up and stay sharp, whether you’re a longtime industry expert or newbie.

Live, hands-on training with real equipment and expert instructors

Experience with digital apps to troubleshoot real-world customer problems

Bilingual trainers to support Spanish-speaking professionals

Learn foundational skills like electricity and hydraulics

Events designed for impact, with more interaction, more value, and networking

Pentair Pool University isn’t just a training program — it’s a commitment to your growth, your team, and your future.

What’s New This Season?

This season, Pentair University is making its biggest investment in training innovation. We’re moving beyond lectures and presentations to deliver immersive, hands-on learning that mirrors real-world pool equipment pad setups.

Our new trainers will help you learn with fully functioning boards that have all the automation equipment you’d find on a pool equipment pad, allowing attendees to interact with live systems, troubleshoot in real time, and build confidence through experience.

But that’s just the beginning. Pentair University is also:

Expanding bilingual training with two Spanish-speaking trainers and a dedicated content builder to support a growing number of Spanish-language events.

Offering self-paced learning via Pentair Partners that’s available anytime, anywhere — perfect for onboarding new team members or revisiting content after live events.

Featuring more equipment at events, so every attendee gets hands-on time.

Launching a new education hub for flexible access to training materials.

“Pentair Pool University is more than just training,” said Rick Sidlo, Training & Education Leader at Pentair Pool. “It’s a chance to connect, learn, and grow with the best of the business.”

Each session is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and training to pool industry professionals. Led by industry experts who allow you to get hands-on with Pentair equipment and troubleshooting, a Pentair Pool University course is the perfect knowledge to add to your toolkit.
