(Alexandria) – GENESIS (r), a member of the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, is proud to announce Paul John Boulifard’s promotion to Design Faculty Chair. Boulifard is a LEED AP and Architect who has served as GENESIS(r), Architecture Faculty Advisor, for the last year.
Boulifard has a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from North Carolina State University College of Design, and a Masters of Architecture from Yale University School of Architecture. He was an adjunct professor for several notable institutions including Wesleyan University. Connecticut College, Drury University and Watkins College of Art.
Boulifard, a GENESIS(r), instructor for over a decade, has taught many courses, including architectural styles, design elements, and how to integrate the pool into the landscape design. Boulifard’s vast knowledge and friendly demeanor make him a favorite instructor with GENESIS(r).
Boulifard says, “It is an honor to be the GENESIS Design Faculty Chair.” “GENESIS(r), as the industry’s leading provider of design training, has earned a solid reputation. I am thrilled to work with GENESIS(r), instructors, and students to develop our amazing curriculum.
Boulifard, as the Design Faculty Chair will be responsible to write the curriculum for GENESIS(r), update existing content and bring real-life experience into the classroom. He will work closely alongside Engineering Faculty Chair Terry Brannon P.E. to ensure that the GENESIS (r) education program continues elevating and inspiring pool builders and designers.
