Metaverse Aspen Pool, a new marketing tool developed by a U.S. fibreglass pool manufacturer for its dealers, aims to increase customer engagement and generate sales through the immersion of a digital environment.
Thursday Pools’ creative team created a metaverse to help pool dealers differentiate themselves from their competition. Potential pool owners are able to experience the Aspen design in their own backyard. Customers will need an ocular device to experience this. These devices will be used by dealers and clients to “meet” in the Metaverse and spend some time in the virtual backyard where the Aspen pool is installed.
The virtual backyard also has seating areas, a pool house, and games, allowing users to play pong, throw darts, or enjoy a drink on a comfortable couch. The virtual backyard has a seating area, a poolhouse, and games. Users can toss a dart, play pong or relax on a couch while enjoying a drink.
Metaverse sales or “MetaSales” is a new sales channel. It is more and more popular as companies want to allow consumers to test products to make sure they are right for them.
Jeff Kivett is the founder of Media Fuel in Indiana, the company’s creative team. He says, “Being in the metaverse to see the Aspen pool and how it will feel in your backyard is a fun way to show prospective customers what the pool would be like in their own backyard.” Dealers can provide VR headsets in their showrooms for customers to use or clients can interact with dealers from their homes.
