Latham Group, Inc., a maker and marketer of in-ground residential pools, celebrated the recent opening of its new fiberglass manufacturing facility at Loyalist Township, Ontario. This facility will enable its expansion into Eastern Canada, the U.S. Northeast, and Upper Midwest.
The official opening of Latham’s 59 ha (148 acres) fibreglass plant was celebrated by members of Latham’s management and production team, along with Loyalist Mayor Jim Hegadorn and Lennox and Addington Warden Henry Hogg. Ric Bresee is a member of Ontario’s provincial parliament and Shelby Kramp Neuman is a member of parliament.
Last year, we broke the ground for our largest manufacturing facility of fibreglass pools. We are excited to announce today that the state-of-the art facility is now officially open for business,” said Scott Rajeski. The Kingston plant, which will help us scale up our operations in North America as we drive the conversion of concrete to fibreglass material, will reduce our lead times while expanding our manufacturing capability in attractive markets. We look forward to providing our world-class fibreglass pool to more homeowners in Eastern Canada, the Northeast, and Upper Midwest regions of the U.S. with the Kingston facility.
