Job Listing, Loop-Loc: Sales Territory Manager

Loop-Loc is looking for a Result Driven Outside Sales Territory Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Regions of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC and West Virginia. An ambitious individual that knows how to build exceptional business relationships and make significant connections with customers.

You will be supported by Loop-Loc’s in-house Customer Support, Technical Support, Director of Sales and Sales Operations Manager so that you will be able to be as successful as possible in promoting the company’s high-end quality products, all 100% manufactured in the United States. Loop-Loc has many long-time professional repeat customers, some of them with the company upwards of 30+ years.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements Include:

  • Must be technical oriented; being able to not only understand, but to teach the technical aspects of safety covers, vinyl liners, removable fencing. Installation, Measuring, Problem Solving
  • Exceptional Written and Communication Skills
  • Detail-focused
  • Be able to build on existing customer relationships and cultivate new relationships
  • Ability to show growth and the eagerness to expand the territory by developing new business opportunities
  • Execute and maintain a sales plan and itinerary
  • Trouble-shooting abilities and follow-up skills
  • Must live in the Territory to better service the market by traveling to, and meeting with customers. 
  • 3+ years Sales in the Pool Industry or similar market
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Clean Driver’s License – background check
  • Travel and occasional overnights are required
