The Independent Pool and Spa Service Association offers three new awards for service professionals.
The “Pool Professional of Tomorrow Award” is the newest of these awards. It will be given to any IPSSA members who demonstrate commitment to the future of the pool industry through their activities in their chapter and local community. The award is designed for younger members who have been active in the pool service industry for less that 10 years. The winners will receive $500 and accommodations for the Weekend of Inspiration 2024 conference.
The association also expanded the “Terry Coulles Lifetime Award” established in 2006. This award was created for individuals who have served IPSSA more than 10 active years. It includes a cash prize and free tickets to the annual banquet.
The “Chapter of the Year Award”, which was introduced in 2016, provides cash prizes for the first, second and third places, as well free tickets and hotel accommodation for the Weekend of Inspiration.

The criteria reflects the core values of the organization, which are community, education and support.
