Formerly known as the Pleatco Pool Tech Search, the Pentair Pool Pro Awards is a prestigious honor that recognizes and celebrates two stand-out pool professionals — one man and one woman — who are larger than life in their local communities. Criteria
The contest — nominations open on September 4 and are open until October 18 — is looking for pool pros who display the following criteria:
- Commitment and experience in the pool industry
- Passion for pools and enjoying water
- Knowledge of pool industry and products
- Customer service and safety-first approach
- Training and education expertise
- Demonstration of leadership and strong engagement in the industry
- Compelling story of success; demonstrating hard work, tenacity, and propelling growth in the industry
