(SARASOTA FL) – The Florida Swimming Pool Association is pleased to announce that Nicki pressley-Rice has been hired as Membership Development manager, effective June 26, 2023. Pressley-Rice began her career in the pool and hot tub industry, working on the service end and then quickly moving up to the inside sales side for Florida Water Products. She has also had four years’ experience as Territory Sales Manager at WEK and Associates, where she managed a $7-million territory in southwest Florida. She has represented industry products at tradeshows, dealer and distribution counter days, as well as during tabletop events.
Pressley-Rice is a longtime member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association. She was a member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association for many years. She was named Director for the local chapter both in 2017 and in 2021.
“I’m confident Nicki can leverage her industry expertise, relationships and passion for FSPA in her role,” said Elizabeth McMurray FSPA Executive Director. “Her enthusiasm and drive will help us achieve success.”
Pressley-Rice’s new role will be to focus on retaining members, attracting new members, and growing revenue for the Association at both a chapter and state level.

The Florida Swimming Pool Association represents the industry of pools and spas in Florida. The Florida Swimming Pool Association has approximately 750 members in 16 chapters across the state. Members must adhere to a code and be licensed and insured. FSPA offers the industry access to continuing education, information about current issues and trends, an arbitration program, and representation in government relations. FSPA is governed and managed by a board of directors.
