ePropelled Launches Energy-Efficient Electric Pump Motors

LOWELL, Mass. December 6, 2022 – ePropelled, a provider of leading-edge electric propulsion systems and power generation solutions, today announced a new line of energy-efficient electric pump motors designed to be used with pools, spas, and industrial applications. These motors are lightweight and compact, have a high energy efficiency and low noise levels. These innovations enable manufacturers to save money and energy while providing better value to their customers.

Forrester data indicates that 68% of consumers intend to make more efforts to find brands that have a positive environmental impact. The U.S. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), states that more than half the electricity used in manufacturing is used to power motors. ePropelled’s environmentally-friendly motors give industry and manufacturing leaders an opportunity to reduce harmful greenhouse emissions by replacing their motors and systems with improved designs.

The new six motors from ePropelled are now available.

  • SM1650 For pool A 1.65hp variable-speed motor that is about 90% efficient and has a programable interface.
  • SM1650 spa A 1.65hp variable-speed motor that is about 90% efficient.
  • SM3000 for pool – A 3hp variable speed motor with a programable interface that is about 90% efficient.
  • SM3000 spa A 3hp variable-speed motor that is about 90% efficient.
  • SM1650 series is a 1.65hp variable speed motor that’s ideal for industrial applications such as fluid management, pressure/fluid and chemical processing.
  • SM3000 series designed for industrial applications – A 3.0hp variable-speed motor that is suitable for large-volume fluid management, pressure water/fluid and chemical processing.

All Sustainability Motors have small and light to make it easier for you to install them. They also have quiet performance which makes them more comfortable for you. Pump motors are prone to noise pollution, regardless of whether they are used for commercial or residential purposes. The new motors’ variable speeds improve pump motor efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Manufacturers can also add new functions and features to the motors.

Nick Grewal, founder and CEO of ePropelled, stated that the new, more efficient electric pump motors have less environmental impact and are strong enough to power pools and spas as well as many other industrial applications. Variable speed motors are more cost-effective and produce more sustainable products, systems, and operations. This is a win for both manufacturers and consumers.

ePropelled is a company that designs and produces energy-efficient motors for a wide range of industries. A particular focus is on the market for industrial pumps motors. The target markets are HVAC, pool, spa, wastewater and other large industrial applications. The International Energy Agency estimates that electric motors and systems are responsible for approximately 40% of global electricity consumption.
