C.W. Driver Companies completed a $26.8-million new spa and fitness facility at Eldorado Country Club, an exclusive club in the U.S.
The transformative 2,787-m2 (30,000-sf) project in the Greater Palm Springs region elevates the wellness experience in several ways.
Spanning across nearly 1.6 ha (4 acres), some of the notable construction features include seven new single-storey buildings that house a modern spa, state-of-the-art fitness centre, administrative offices, two new resort-style pools, lush landscaping and hardscape elements, and a below-grade basement level to accommodate storage, mechanical rooms, and pool equipment.
All facilities have been constructed to enhance temperature regulations during extreme climates in the desert region.
