(Alexandria (Va.) PHTA has launched its first cohort of the PHTA Leadership Certificate program powered by Cornell University. This program is only for PHTA members. It has two tracks: one for executives and another for emerging leaders.
The PHTA Leadership Certificate Program was developed in collaboration with Cornell University. It provides the leadership and management skills necessary to set a company apart. The Executive Leaders track is focused on developing soft skills and a strategic mindset to be able to communicate strategy, negotiate effectively, influence behavior, and deliver results. Participants in the Emerging Leaders track will learn how to lead and develop interpersonal skills that will help them reach their full potential. Cornell University faculty have personally created each track.
The virtual program will be offered over three months and includes two live-virtual and four on-demand courses. It can be completed at the learner’s pace.
“Helping our members grow in their careers is at the core of PHTA,” states Sabeena, CEO and President of PHTA. A pool or hot tub professional who has the right leadership skills will not only benefit the individual but the entire industry. It sets a new standard for their peers, employees, and competitors. We are thrilled to announce this members-only program.
The PHTA Leadership Certificate Program registration is now open. The first session of the PHTA Leadership Certificate Program is now open. It will begin on January 9, 2023. The final session takes place on April 12, 2023.
