Toronto opens its winter pool registration; Ottawa adopts a new swimming registration system
Toronto city has opened registration for more than 11,000 courses and 2350 drop-in winter recreation programs, as well as March break programs this week. Ottawa also opened registration this week on its new improved swim registration system for wintertime swimming and other aquatic activities.
