Bad Pool Etiquette – Bikini Clad “Karen” Loses It At Pool

A woman’s racially charged outburst against a Latino family near the pool of a Colorado apartment complex is sparking controversy, but she claims that viral video circulating about online doesn’t tell the whole story and was deceptively edited, according to reports.

Blair Featherman, 49, broke her silence in an interview with the Daily Mail, vehemently denying accusations of racism and asserting that the TikTok video was manipulated to portray her as such.

The footage captures Featherman berating the family, using derogatory terms like “trash” and “low class” to describe their pool party during the Fourth of July celebrations.

“While I have been refraining from commenting on this, there are important details missing from the video,” said Featherman, who works as an art consultant.

She added, “I want to make it clear that I am not a racist. The video was deceptively edited and constructed to create a false narrative.”

The video shows Featherman directing verbal insults at the group, exclaiming, “You’re having a Mexican party in a pool. Trash.”

Upon realizing she was being recorded, Featherman appeared to forcibly grab the phone, insisting that she should not be filmed.

The video then skips to Featherman sitting on a lounge chair, engaged in a heated argument with the group. She repeatedly refers to them as “low class” and tells them to go back to Denver, eventually shouting, “You’re nasty, you smell.”

Featherman claimed that she was initially criticized by the group after questioning whether or not the family had a key fob for access to the pool area and expressing concerns about them breaking the apartment complex’s rules, which limit the number of guests allowed at the pool.

While she acknowledged that she should have maintained her composure instead of resorting to a tirade, Featherman alleged that the situation escalated when members of the group began hurling racially derogatory terms at her, including “white b—h” and similar insults.

“I was already having a bad day,” Featherman explained. “But this incident pushed me over the edge.”

According to Featherman, when she attempted to grab the phone recording her, the group retaliated, with one woman forcefully pulling her hair, causing her artificial nail to break off.

This alleged altercation was not included in the TikTok video uploaded by the account named Jade Serie.

Jade Serie, the TikTok user who originally shared the viral video of the incident, denied the accusations of deceptive editing and is now calling for Featherman’s eviction.
