O2 Investment Partners is pleased to announce that through its pool care platform Azureon, it has made an investment in and partnered with Southampton, NY based Pelican Pools. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Founded in 1988, Pelican Pools is a full-service pool maintenance and construction company that provides residential pool installation, renovation, maintenance and other services to customers in the Hamptons, NY area.
Pelican marks Azureon’s first acquisition since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in June 2024. The platform continues to pursue a targeted expansion strategy throughout the Northeast US. John Tisera, CEO of Azureon, commented, “We are excited to welcome the Pelican Pools team to Azureon. This partnership represents a significant milestone for Azureon and is consistent with the platform’s mission of becoming a market leader in pool care. Pelican will continue to retain its brand and operate under its existing leadership as part of Azureon, and continues to maintain significant ownership in the platform. Pelican will immediately have access to ample operational support, resources, and technology from the Azureon platform and its executive leadership team.
