Ventura, California – August 21, 2024 – AquaStar Pool Products, Inc. has hired Teresa Smith as Regional Sales Manager covering Florida and Wisconsin. Prior to joining AquaStar, Smith worked as a pool design consultant for major pool builders in Texas and also as a business development manager for pool equipment distributors JetLine and PoolCorp. In her new role with AquaStar, Smith will be responsible for managing and growing AquaStar’s presence in Florida and Wisconsin.
“I have always associated the AquaStar brand with safety, which is the first priority when
designing custom pools. In my distribution experience, I’ve witnessed first hand how popular
AquaStar’s newest products have become with builders and pool service companies,” said
Smith. “I’m looking forward to working with pool pros in Florida and Wisconsin and helping them grow their businesses.”
Taking on this new role required Smith to move from Texas to Florida. “I’m very active on
several of the pool related social media groups so I have a lot of para-social relationships with
people in Florida and Wisconsin. I’m looking forward to meeting with people IRL (in real life).”
