Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (Heritage) announced that it had acquired Recreonics, Inc. (“Recreonics” or the “Company”), a national leader in equipment and supplies for institutional and commercial swimming pools. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Michael Garland, who runs Recreonics, is the company’s CEO. Recreonics, headquartered in Louisville, Ky., was founded by Frank Jones, Jr. in 1965. Michael Garland will continue to be the leader of Recreonics’ dedicated team. He will ensure continuity and consistency for employees, customers and suppliers. Michael will be promoted as vice president of commercial for Heritage, while the company develops the leading omnichannel commercial platform in the industry under the Recreonics banner.
