Watkins Wellness announced that it has acquired Sauna360 Group Oy (Sauna360), a global leader in the manufacture of saunas, under the brands Finnleo Tylo Helo Kastor Amerec. These companies produce traditional, wood-burning, and infrared saunas as well as steam rooms, generators, and steam showers. They have a strong market presence in Europe, and the US.
The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close by the end of the third quarter.

Sauna360 was founded in 2008 through a merger of two leading sauna companies: Helo and Tylo. Both companies have a long history dating back to 1949 and 1919 respectively. The company has its headquarters in Finland. It employs approximately 180 people in Finland, Sweden and the United States.
