SPS PoolCare acquires the Maintenance and Repair Division from Hobert Pools & Spas

SPS PoolCare announces its newest acquisition: the maintenance and repairs division of Hobert Pools & Spas. (Hobert Maintenance and Repair) is a premier custom swimming pool builder and services company that serves Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex.

Hobert Maintenance and Repair is the fourth acquisition of SPS PoolCare for the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. This is the 28th investment in the pool industry. SPS PoolCare has invested in the pool industry for 28 years and this is its 28th investment.

Hobert Pools & Spas Maintenance and Repair joins the team

Hobert Pools & Spas was founded in 1975 and has since built a reputation for being a professional pool builder, as well as supplying services to Dallas, Frisco and Rockwall. SPS PoolCare has now acquired the highly trained and skilled maintenance and service technicians from Hobert Pools & Spas.

Hobert Pools & Spas grew by providing outstanding customer service. Hobert Pools & Spas is one of Dallas’s largest swimming pool builders. “We have helped more than 15,000 Dallas families enjoy the fun and pleasure of owning a swimming pool,” Christine Fimbres says, CFO at Hobert Pools & Spas.
