Riverbend Sandler Announces the Acquisition of Pool Steward

Plano, TX. (February 28, 2002) – Riverbend Sandler Pools (“Riverbend”) is the largest residential pool construction and service provider in Dallas-Ft. Worth and a portfolio company under Concentric Equity Partners (“CEP”) announced the acquisition by Pool Steward (“Pool Steward”), a Dallas-based provider of residential swimming pools service, maintenance, and repair. Riverbend acquired Pool Steward from Tim Kaiser, the owner and leader of Riverbend. Kaiser is a small-business entrepreneur with a background in commercial real estate.

Pool Steward has been serving residential pools in the DFW Metroplex for over 20 years. We place great emphasis on training and finding the best talent to provide a superior customer experience. All Pool Steward employees and technicians will remain in their current positions with the Company.
