Officials say that four people were hurt when a decorative helicopter structure suspended from the ceiling fell into a pool at DreamWorks Water Park in East Rutherford.

State troopers attended to the injured. One was taken to the hospital while the others were treated on the spot for minor injuries. According to the mall, it was conducting an investigation to make sure safety regulations were being followed and that guests’ safety was their highest priority. The mall was unable to disclose additional information due to confidentiality restrictions for patients.

After the incident, the waterpark was evacuated and closed for review. It is expected to reopen this Wednesday. The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA), however, has ordered that the pool be closed until an investigation into the incident is complete.

DreamWorks Water Park is located in Meadowlands Sports Complex, just 20.9km (13 miles) west New York City.
