High Rise Glass Bottom Pool: A First For Canada

While on vacation in Canada, I had the chance to visit the stunning swimming pool at ARC Vancouver. The ARC tower is a mixed use building that includes residential units, commercial space and amenities for residents.

The ARC is conveniently located in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood, near restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It features a modern, sleek design with floor-to ceiling windows and striking curved glass facade. A glass bottom swimming pool offers breathtaking views of the city from its location below the bridge.

ARC Vancouver Indoor Glass Bottom Swimming Pool

Canada’s indoor swimming pool is 20 stories above the street, and it looks a lot like London’s Sky Pool. The pool measures 38 feet in length and is 38 feet wide. It has crystal clear water, which allows swimmers to see down to the streets below. The pool’s floor is entirely made of transparent acrylic. It gives the illusion that swimmers are floating high above the city.

The ARC’s innovative pool design is not only stunning in architecture, but also revolutionary in terms of pool design. It is the first Canadian-made pool of its type and has quickly become a popular attraction for tourists and locals.

Only three companies have the technology to produce the six-inch thick acrylic, which covers the entire pool’s floor and can hold the weight of about 1,650 automobiles.

Although the tower’s swimming pool is the main attraction, the bright ceiling with the ‘Ode to Canada’ design is also a nice touch. The pool’s reflective ceiling transforms its floor into an beacon for passers-by when night falls. The pool’s depths reveal a rainbow of colors as you look up at it.

Nighttime is the best time to see the ARC glass bottom pool come alive.

Residents of the ARC as well as the general public can use the pool. There are a number of amenities, including cabanas and lounge chairs. The perfect place to unwind and take in the stunning views of the city, it’s also the ideal spot for relaxing.

YouTuber DownieLive gave a great walkthrough of the amazing glass bottom pool, which has many people coming to Vancouver Canada to see it.

The glass-bottomed pool at the ARC is not the only attraction. It also has a state of the art fitness center, spa, and rooftop lounge. It is the ideal place to live and relax in luxury.

The ARC’s glass-bottomed swimming pool is a must-see attraction in Vancouver. The unique design and stunning views make this an unforgettable experience that will be treasured for a lifetime.
