A Unified Industry: Bridging Pool Pros and Aquatics Leaders at the All Things Aquatics Summit

Unlike any event before it, All Things Aquatics is uniting two often-siloed industries: swimming pool professionals and aquatics program leaders. From the pump pad to the guard stand, this one-day summit brings together the full spectrum of aquatic expertise for an immersive day of insight, training and real-world collaboration.

Hosted at the scenic Epworth by the Sea retreat center on St. Simons Island, Georgia, this full-day experience is designed for those who operate, manage, maintain, and teach in aquatic environments—and who believe that the people behind the pool deserve to be front and center.

“This is more than a conference—it’s a movement to elevate the visibility, voice, and value of the people who make aquatics happen behind the scenes and on the frontlines,” says Wesley King, organizer and founder of Wesley King Consulting.

The event is presented in partnership with Navigating Neva, Joyful Waters, and Georgia Swim School, and supported by Safe Shores Georgia, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to drowning prevention.

Education That Inspires Action

Attendees can expect a full day of structured sessions, honest discussions and vendor interaction built around four key themes:

  • Risk Management
  • Revenue + Operations
  • Safety + Surveillance
  • Career Building + Workforce Development

 Speaker: Rudy Stankowitz

Author, educator and host of the Talking Pools Podcast, Rudy brings decades of experience in water chemistry, field service, and team training. His keynote promises humor, hard truths and powerful takeaways for both facility operators and service techs.

Rudy will also lead exclusive sessions on advanced water chemistry and cutting-edge algae prevention strategies—ideal for commercial pool managers, service professionals  and aquatics directors alike.

The event will also host the 2025 Talking Pools Podcast Mentor of the Year Award ceremony, honoring an industry leader whose dedication to mentorship is shaping the future of aquatics.

Pool Pros Meet Aquatics Educators

This summit is built to serve both sides of the pool gate—balancing education for lifeguards and instructors with operational insights for pool techs, maintenance leads and service companies.

Attendees will have access to:

  • Panel discussions on pricing strategy and supply chain issues, with invitations extended to respected leaders including Terry Arko, Alicia Stevens, Chris Marcano and Jaime Novak
  • Candid roundtables on facility risk, hiring and bridging the cultural gap between ops and programs
  • Direct connection with vendors offering innovations in chemical systems, automation, training tools and aquatic wellness
  • Featured voices like The Grit Game, sharing branding and marketing breakthroughs for service providers and aquatic orgs

“This event was built for real conversations and powerful connections,” says co-organizer Nicole Fairfield. “Whether you’re managing a splash pad or running a swim school, you’ll find your people here.”
