Heritage Pool Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Nucci Brothers Pool Supplies (“Nucci” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. The transaction officially closed on August 9th, 2024. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Islandia, NY, Nucci was founded in 1946 and is run today by Co-Owner and Vice-President, Rob DeMeo. The Company also operates a second location in Bridgeport, CT. Rob will continue to lead Nucci’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
