Just as the busy summer season went into full swing, Automatic Pool Covers‘s Dealer Support Team set aside an afternoon to celebrate an amazing group of individuals — seven support team members who together have 125 years of combined industry experience.
The members of this team take care of the needs of dealers, including everything from placing customer orders to providing technical product support. Every season, they work tirelessly with the manufacturing and shipping teams to make sure dealers get their orders correctly and on time.
The longest-standing Dealer Support Representative has been with the team since 1999.
“This team has leveraged its diverse knowledge base to ensure all our clients get the highest level of service,” says Michael Shebek, CEO of Automatic Pool Covers, Inc. “The team has a vast knowledge and experience in the industry and are a tremendous resource to all those that call us.”
Mike Weber, for example, has been working at Automatic Pool Covers, Inc. since 1999 and with his 25 years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the processes and needs of pool professionals installing automatic pool covers.
“I think our team has handled just about every type of order and helped solve the most challenging auto cover situations,” says Weber. “Everyone on our team works together to ensure the customer gets the right auto cover at the right time. I’m sure this is going to be another terrific season.”
