Palm Springs, Calif., is getting set to welcome United Aqua Group members to the UAG annual conference in February 2025. Join the UAG family from February 10-14, 2025 at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells!
Speakers for the event have shared that the hotel will be exclusively occupied by the event, meaning that almost anyone you meet will be a fellow member. What better way to learn everything you can than to be surrounded by industry professionals all week!
For members who have attended in the past, the conference will have many of the events and perks that you love, but a few changes have been made to help you maximize your experience.
For example, the conference has scheduled two time slots for attendees to visit the trade show and its exhibit hall, following feedback from last year’s attendees. Rest assured that discovering the latest innovations in the industry will be encouraged and easily accessible in the midst of your busy schedule.
Between the camaraderie, multiple networking opportunities, educational classes and relaxation, the UAG annual conference has something for everyone. The week will start with a Super Bowl Party on the afternoon of February 9, so you won’t have to worry about missing the biggest game of the year. Join everyone for an afternoon of fun – hopefully your favorite team wins!
One of the most anticipated events of the week is on Tuesday night, where a Vendor Appreciation Concert will be held. Big names in the music industry will be performing, so come prepared for a party.
With three meals a day provided throughout the week, members will be able to attend each meeting, breakout session and class easily. The conference is designed to be accessible to each member so every attendee can get the most out of their time in California.
The week comes to an end on Thursday, February 13, with a Cocktail Gala and the culminating Awards Dinner Gala at the end of the night.
